This charming, spacious semi - detached cottage provides a delightful holiday base. Set back from the holiday park with its own secluded garden, there is ample private parking for cars and boats.

Upstairs accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms containing a double and a single bed and 1 twin room. All bedrooms contain wardrobes, power points and large double glazed windows facing onto the garden. A travel cot is also available upon request. A large family bathroom which has a sunken bath and separate power shower.

Downstairs accommodation comprises of a spacious hallway with a cloakroom which has a WC, wash basin and power shower. A large farmhouse kitchen with a range style stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area seating up to 8 people. A large open plan lounge/dining area with a flat screen TV, free view, dvd and mini hi/fi. Doors lead from the lounge onto the patio and garden. The accommodation has full central heating and double glazing.
